When you are rested, and well nourished, you can think more clearly and be more in control of your life. And, you are more likely to achieve your goals.

As First Generation Professionals, we typically juggle multiple responsibilities—balancing home and family, while maintaining work and/or school responsibilities. Practicing self-care allows you to carve out time in your day or week to do something for yourself.
